Public mental-health services across Trinidad and Tobago can be difficult to find and compare when information is spread across different organizations and formats. The experience needed to lower that friction without feeling clinical or overwhelming.
Our role
Product design and web development for an approachable public resource that brings guided support, a service directory, and map-based discovery into one responsive experience.
The solution
A calm, mobile-friendly website with a short guided support path and a searchable directory of clinical services and community centres, organized by region, location, availability, and support type.
The outcome
The project provides one clearer starting point for people exploring free public mental-health support in Trinidad and Tobago, while keeping emergency guidance and the limits of the independent resource visible.
