The challenge

Medication offers vary by country, campaign, product type, pharmacy network, and user role. The experience needed to turn those rules into a path patients could understand and use.

Our role

The work brought product redesign and Flutter engineering together across onboarding, offer discovery, coupon and cart journeys, pharmacies, notifications, and account tools.

The solution

A region-aware mobile experience that supports prescription and OTC search, several redemption models, pharmacy discovery, savings history, reminders, and remotely managed content.

The outcome

The redesign creates a clearer hierarchy and more focused navigation while the underlying application coordinates complex cloud, on-device, and campaign-specific workflows.

Several offer models, one coherent journey

The application selects the right experience for direct coupons, OTC carts, box programmes, referral codes, and external offers while keeping discovery understandable for the patient.

Cloud authority with useful local continuity

Authenticated APIs remain authoritative for transactional actions while Isar restores products, codes, cart contents, pharmacy data, notifications, and preferences quickly on-device.

One client, region-aware experiences

Country context travels with authenticated requests so a single Flutter application can serve different catalogues, pharmacy networks, and integrations for Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica.

A product that can evolve between releases

Remote configuration manages legal versions, onboarding content, support links, notices, regions, and minimum app versions without making every operational change wait for a store release.
